How much is my old toy or game worth?
We are very sorry to inform you that we do not place a secondary market value on our products. You may like to contact your local Antiques store or Toy & Hobby collector who may be able to assist you.
Do your games contain lead paint?
Imagination Games maintains stringent quality control standards in all aspects of the manufacturing process. All products comply with EN71 and CPSIA safety standards.
How can I get instructions for your products?

How do I obtain the parts that were missing or defective from my game?
We are very sorry to hear that you have had a problem with one of our products and can fully appreciate the disappointment caused. Please be assured that every care is taken to ensure that all our products reach our customers in perfect condition. Unfortunately Imagination do not stock spare parts. Please contact the retailer that you purchased the product from for further information.
I am looking for a product, but it may be discontinued.
Can you help me find it?
If it was recently discontinued, you may still be able to find it in a retail store. Please contact our Customer Service Department at info_us@imaginationgames.com and we would be happy to confirm if the item is still available and provide a list of stockists or confirm that it is discontinued.
